When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Cielo Home Decor reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until Cielo Home Decor confirms that we have received it. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as Cielo Home Decor may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by way of the e-mail address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases may only be returned or exchanged according to our Refund policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by the courier company, customs clearance, or events outside of our control. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the courier.

Cielo Home Decor is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any purchases and sales you make in our store are made directly with Cielo Home Decor. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and Cielo Home Decor, including damages or losses arising out of purchased products and services. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with your purchases and transactions with Cielo Home Decor.
