Order Processing and Fulfillment

 

All orders placed with Cielo Home Decor undergo a detailed preparation process and are subject to a processing period of [1–3] business days (Monday through Friday). Kindly note that orders are neither shipped nor delivered on weekends or national public holidays. Should we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will proactively contact you directly via email or telephone to provide an updated timeline.


 

Complimentary Shipping and Estimated Delivery

Cielo Home Decor is pleased to offer complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. There are no shipping costs applied at checkout.

Due to the unique nature of our curated home decor and our commitment to quality packaging, the estimated transit time following the processing period is generally 5–10 business days. While we strive for efficiency, please note that delivery times may occasionally be longer than anticipated, depending on the destination and current logistical factors. For customers requiring faster delivery, an Expedited Shipping option is available for purchase, with an estimated transit time of 2–5 business days. The cost for this service will be clearly displayed at checkout.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Upon the successful shipment of your order, you will be issued a Shipment Confirmation email containing the tracking number(s) relevant to your package(s). Please allow a brief period, typically within 48 hours of receiving this email, for the provided tracking number to be fully activated and available for real-time status updates.

 

Damages, Loss, and Liability

Cielo Home Decor’s responsibility for an order concludes upon its successful handover to the designated shipping carrier. We are therefore not liable for items damaged or lost during transit. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, you must immediately contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. For the claims process to proceed, the retention of all original packaging materials and the damaged items is mandatory. Furthermore, customers must formally notify Cielo Home Decor of any items received damaged within 48 hours of the delivery date by forwarding the order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage to contact@cielohomedecor.com.


International Shipments

Our shipping services currently extend to destinations within United States and the European Union, UK, Canada. Customers placing orders for international delivery are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees (DDT) imposed by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are explicitly not included in the item price or shipping cost and are levied upon the package's arrival in the destination country.
