Return & Refund Policy

At Cielo Home Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions outlined below.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn where applicable, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

Please do not send any items back before your return has been approved. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return your package, including a return shipping label where applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cielohomedecor.com.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

• Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants

• Custom-made, personalized, or specially ordered products

• Certain personal care or hygiene products

• Hazardous materials

• Flammable liquids or gases

• Gift cards

Sale items are also generally non-returnable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like to purchase a different item, we recommend returning the original item, subject to our return conditions, and placing a new order for the replacement item once your return has been approved.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located within the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

This statutory right of withdrawal applies in addition to our voluntary 30-day return policy.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the applicable 14-day period. You must then return the goods within the period required by applicable law.

Returned items should be handled with reasonable care and, where possible, returned in their original condition and packaging.

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law, including certain personalized or custom-made products and goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

We aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
